What an interesting take on the theme shadows and light. The haiku and picture are wonderful. The picture reminds me of Ty Wilson's line drawings Passion and The Promise. Advice to slimming down, here it is, throw out your scale! You are not that weigh number! Two, eat only when you're truly hungry! Skip breakfast, lunch and dinner if you feel like it! eat freash fruit and pasta. And three, walk and do do yoga! I've went down from a size 12 to a size 4 by doing this! Four cook all your own food! Don't use drinks or package food! Good luck beautiful! Namaste !
