lovely haiku.
If you look at the dragonfly and the dame you could see the circle of love in the form of a heart. Pretty.
Thanks for stopping by. I been observing dragonflies, for years now and notice their heart of love formed during mating. A neat thing to watch, plus their different spectrum of colors are amazing to watch under the sun.
I love dragonflies too!
Great haiku and lovely picture.
They ARE your muse indeed.
Thanks for visiting.
Oh, this was lovely- dragonflies certainly are amazing creatures, so ethereal and delightful. I love to see them play in my front yard...
Your haiku took my breath away. I really love the sensual feeling in them with as they are "dancing in the summer heat" and are "seductively intertwined." Incredibly sexy! Beautiful photo too. I've always loved dragonflies.
beautiful.
i love dragonflies, too
Nice, I see ODB has a lot of dragonfly admirers.
the image is there, nice haiku.
cool, I can see the heart shape too. Nice haiku!
lovely haiku and equally beautiful pic!
Thanks for stopping by my blog - hope to see you again sometime :)
Ah, beautiful dragonflies. Really interesting take on them... I like the picture accompanying it as well.
Thank you ALL, for sharing your comments :)
Observant.
It is fun to read about bugs in a non-icky light.
Well pointed out - how much more beautiful the mating rituals of the natural world are!
What wonderful poems. I love the thought of their "dancing to the summer heat."
I've never paid much attention to dragonflies...not a big fan of creepy crawlies (hee) but seeing the heart shape they form together as an expression of their love is truly beautiful. I particularly love the last haiku. Great job!
